Talaash is a digital Career DNA and career discovery service available through talaash.me. By accessing or using Talaash, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Talaash provides a personalised digital experience based on your profile, resume information where provided, conversation responses, and AI-assisted analysis. Reports, roadmaps, and recommendations are intended for self-reflection, career exploration, and decision support.

Talaash uses AI systems to assist in analysing your inputs and generating reports. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or interpretive. You should review the output carefully and use your own judgement before making education, employment, or financial decisions.

Talaash does not guarantee admissions, jobs, internships, promotions, salary growth, business outcomes, exam results, or any specific career outcome. Your choices, effort, market conditions, qualifications, and external factors remain your responsibility.

Talaash reports and roadmaps are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, or employment advice. They are reflective career guidance tools. For high-stakes decisions, consult a qualified professional, counsellor, mentor, parent/guardian, or institution.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login secure, and making your own education, career, and employment decisions. Do not upload documents or information that you do not have permission to use.

Paid access, report generation, and retake payments are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Talaash does not store your full card, UPI, banking, or payment credential details.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with systems.
• Upload harmful files, malware, fake documents, or another person's private data.
• Copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Talaash content or systems.
• Use Talaash to infringe another person's rights, privacy, or intellectual property.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe there is misuse, fraud, payment abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

Talaash branding, design, prompts, workflows, reports, roadmaps, software, and related materials belong to Talaash or its licensors. Your personal inputs remain yours, but you grant Talaash permission to process them to provide the service.
